1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone using Cogorium products — including Tabledex, Bluro, and the cogorium.com website.

2. What we provide

Cogorium apps are provided free of charge. We offer them in good faith and maintain them as best we can. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability — we're a small independent studio, not a large platform.

Features and availability may change. We'll communicate significant changes where possible.

3. Acceptable use

Use our apps for their intended purpose. Don't:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Use our apps to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Scrape or automate requests in ways that degrade the service for others

4. User-generated content (Bluro)

Bluro allows groups to share messages and photos. You are responsible for content you post. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful to others.

We do not proactively moderate content. We will act on reports of abuse. Content in Bluro groups is private — visible only to group members — so this mostly comes down to how you treat the people you invite.

5. Intellectual property

Cogorium apps, the website, and their content are our work. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission. Game rule content in Tabledex is sourced carefully — if you have a concern about attribution, contact us.

6. Liability

We try to make reliable software, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps. If something goes wrong, tell us — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

7. Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time. We can suspend access to users who violate these terms. If you have a Bluro account, you can delete it from within the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
